Buttery, citrus-kissed salmon hits the grill in under 12 minutes, emerging with a caramelized exterior and buttery-tender flesh. A simple glaze of lemon juice and melted butter keeps the fish moist and flavor-forward without fussing. Perfect for busy weeknights when you want restaurant-quality results without the complexity.
