- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup beer (lager or ale)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse the cubed cheddar cheese until finely chopped.
- Add the softened cream cheese and pulse until combined.
- With the processor running, slowly pour in the beer until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Add the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, cayenne pepper, and paprika.
- Process until all ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture is completely smooth.
