Ingredients
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
- Few saffron strands
- 1 tbsp condensed milk
Instructions
- Simmer milk on low heat, stirring occasionally, until it reduces by half (about 45 minutes).
- Add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron strands, and condensed milk; mix well until sugar is dissolved.
- Cool the mixture slightly, then pour into kulfi molds or popsicle molds.
- Freeze overnight or for at least 6-8 hours until solid.
- Unmold by running warm water over the outside of the molds and serve garnished with chopped pistachios or rose petals.
