- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 6-8 lemons)

- 3 cups cold water
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
- Lemon slices for garnish
- Peach slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, muddle half of the peach slices to release their juices and create a chunky puree.
- Add the bourbon, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup to the pitcher.
- Pour in the cold water and stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Add the remaining peach slices and ice cubes to the pitcher.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more simple syrup if desired.
- Fill serving glasses with ice and pour the peach bourbon lemonade over the ice.
- Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint, a lemon slice, and a peach slice.
