This hunter's stew layers tangy sauerkraut, fresh cabbage, and tender pork with earthy mushrooms and smoky kielbasa for a deeply satisfying one-pot meal. The braise develops rich, complex flavors as the ingredients meld together, creating that perfect balance of savory and slightly sour that defines Eastern European comfort food. Perfect for chilly weeknights or feeding a crowd without fuss.
