Steak Kebabs
Charred cubes of tender sirloin threaded onto skewers with sweet peppers, mushrooms, and red onion create a showstopping meal that's ready in under 35 minutes. The homemade steak seasoning builds deep, savory flavor, while the grill imparts a smoky crust on every bite. Perfect for backyard gatherings or a satisfying weeknight dinner when you want something restaurant-quality without the fuss.

Ingredients
- 3 lbs top sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup homemade steak seasoning
- 1 red onion, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cups button mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
- Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat (450°F to 550°F).
- Add the beef, olive oil, and steak seasoning to a large bowl and mix to combine. Set aside.
- Prepare the vegetables. Feel free to use additional ingredients such as zucchini, squash, potatoes, or eggplant.
- Using metal skewers or wooden ones that have been soaked in water for 30 minutes, thread the marinated beef and vegetables onto each skewer, alternating between beef and vegetables. Do not pack too tightly so everything cooks properly. There is no need to season the vegetables, as the beef will provide plenty of oil and seasoning.
- Place the steak kebabs on the grill. Cook for roughly 2 to 3 minutes on all four sides for medium-rare to medium doneness and nicely roasted vegetables. Cook longer to achieve your desired internal temperature.
- Remove the steak kebabs and let them rest for 3 to 4 minutes. Squeeze optional lemon juice over the top before serving.
