Bone-in pork chops cooked in the air fryer to a juicy 145F with a browned, seasoned crust, plus a thickness-based timing guide. Finish with the optional garlic-herb butter.
Jump to recipeRemove the chops from the refrigerator 20-30 minutes before cooking. Pat them completely dry.
Rub both sides lightly with olive oil. Mix the seasonings and coat both sides and the edges.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 F for 3-5 minutes.
Place chops in a single layer. Cook 6-7 minutes on the first side.
Flip and cook another 5-7 minutes, checking early with an instant-read thermometer.
Remove at 140-142 F. Rest 5 minutes so the center rises to about 145 F before serving.
