Crispy-tender green beans get a bold kick from ginger, garlic, and chili in this 14-minute side that's vibrant and deeply savory. The high-heat stir-fry technique locks in the beans' crunch while the sesame oil adds a nutty finish that makes this feel restaurant-quality. Perfect for busy weeknights when you need a flavor-packed vegetable that pairs beautifully with any protein.
