Juicy, well-seasoned turkey burgers built with garlic, smoked paprika, Dijon, and Worcestershire so they never taste bland. A quick griddle or grill favorite that stays moist to a safe 165F.
Jump to recipeSeason gently. Put the turkey in a bowl and add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion. powder, smoked paprika, Worcestershire, Dijon, and parsley. Mix only until evenly combined; overmixing makes turkey burgers dense.

Preheat. Heat a Blackstone, skillet, or grill to medium-high, about 375-400 F. Lightly oil the. cooking surface.
Cook. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on the first side. Flip once and cook another 4-6. minutes, depending on thickness.
Finish safely. Turkey burgers are done when the center reaches 165 F. Add cheese during. the final minute, then rest the burgers for 3 minutes before serving. Best toppings: sharp white cheddar, lettuce, tomato, pickles, thin red onion, and garlic aioli or spicy mayo.
