- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Marshmallows for dipping
- Pound cake cubes for dipping

Heat heavy cream in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium-low heat until it begins to simmer, watching carefully to prevent scorching.

Remove cream from heat and add chopped chocolate, letting it sit for 2 minutes to begin melting.

Whisk the mixture gently from the center outward until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Stir in butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until fully incorporated and glossy.

Transfer the fondue to a fondue pot or slow cooker set on low heat to keep warm.

Arrange dipping items on a platter around the fondue pot.
