Espresso Martini

- 2 oz premium vodka
- 1/2 oz coffee liqueur (Kahlúa or similar)
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 shot fresh hot espresso (1 oz)
- 3 coffee beans for garnish
- Ice cubes

Brew a fresh shot of espresso and let it cool slightly for 1-2 minutes.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Add vodka, coffee liqueur, simple syrup, and the warm espresso to the shaker.

Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to create a proper foam layer.

Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupe or martini glass.

Garnish with 3 coffee beans arranged in the center of the foam.
